The only Cabernet Franc harvested in 2020, picked and processed before the outbreak of the Glass Fire, this vintage marks the first time Thalia Vineyard is bottled as a stand alone. Usually a significant percentage of Ophelia, this beautiful 25+ year old vineyard right on the outskirts of Calistoga is one of my favorites. And the wine it produces is always a standout.

After 22 patient months in French oak, and nearly a year in bottle, this wine is finally ready. Showcasing the Cab Franc lilt with notes of violet undergirded by elegant spices. Vibrant and high toned on the palate, with a core of bright acidity and elevated tannins, this is traditional Cabernet Franc. 250 Cases Produced.
