A vibrant and exciting expression of Cabernet Franc Rosé sourced from vineyards across Northern Californian. A large portion of this wine is direct press, with Cabernet Franc grapes sourced exclusively for this rosé (a rarity in California!). Neutral puncheon, stainless tank, and amphora fermented (each contributing a different structural element), this wine is made with various rosé making methods that age separately before being blended prior to bottling. Succulent and refreshing, with enough acidity to be ultra bright, this wine is electric strawberries, watermelon rind, and rose petals with more structure and body than your average porch-pounder. 350 Cases Produced.
